Shipping Information

At Bixby & Co. all of our chocolate bars are artisanal and prepared by hand so we want to ensure your package arrives in good order. We will prepare each order with ‘TLC’ (tender loving care) and ship to you in a timely manner. We use special materials for packing in order to alleviate damage during shipping. We ship either UPS, USPS or FedEx.

Once your package has been shipped you will then be able to view the shipment process by clicking on the tracking code when viewing your order in your ‘My Account‘ page.  If you have not received your order in a timely manner or have any questions about shipping, please don’t hesitate to contact

PROMOTIONAL FREE SHIPPING (Contiguous United States)

From time to time we will offer free shipping in some of our promotions to the lower 48 States of the USA. Please note that when such promotions are running, the following locations are excluded from free shipping: Hawaii, Alaska,  American Samoa, Guam, the Northern Mariana Islands, Puerto Rico, and the U.S. Virgin Islands.


Please review your shipping information carefully before submitting your order. An accurate and complete address with a phone number is required to ensure proper delivery. We are not responsible for any packages returned because of incorrect or undeliverable addresses, or if stolen. If we need to ship again, a second shipping charge will be applied. We cannot guarantee the quality of the product that is sent a second time.

Orders received prior to 12:00 noon EST Monday-Wednesday will be shipped the same day. Orders received on Thursday and Friday will be shipped on the following Monday. No orders will be shipped on weekends and holidays. If you wish to ship to Alaska and Hawaii please contact us. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or outside of the U.S. Shipping rates are charged by address. If you are shipping to more than one address, each address will be charged. A signature will not be required to receive a package.

Once your order is shipped, we will send you an email with details in order to track your order through the carrier’s website.

Chocolate is subject to warm weather conditions and destination, therefore, we recommend that overnight shipping be used. Be certain that someone is available to receive the package so your chocolate will not melt.

If you notice that there is an error on your order after placing it, please contact us immediately to correct the matter before the shipment goes out.
